DOWNHILL EXPERIENCE

Downhill Option 1: Nagarkot is the best location for Mountain views and Bhaktapur is equally popular for it’s ancient tradition, culture and architecture.

Changunarayan adds more adventure as it’s the oldest temple in Kathmandu valley listed under UNESCO heritage list. In the morning, we drive to Nagarkot, where you will enjoy sunrise views across the Himalayas from Ganesh Himal to Mt. Everest. We then start riding onto the paved but very less traffic to Telkot hill and then take small uphill towards Changunarayan on dirt road. After visiting Changunarayan Temple, we again ride on tarmac road to Bhaktapur, where we will have lunch and visit Bhaktapur Durbar square which is rich in architecture and tradition. After lunch, we drive back to Kathmandu.

Downhill Option 2: We do have another option to ride downhill on paved road from Kakani to Kathmandu via Nagarjun forest.
